1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you register, manage a profile, verify identity, submit a deposit or withdrawal request, contact support, report abuse, or send a public inquiry. This can include contact details, account records, identity documents, payment evidence, transaction instructions, support messages, and preferences.
We also receive technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as IP address, browser or device details, session identifiers, authentication events, security logs, and request timestamps.
2. How information is used
Information is used to create and administer accounts, authenticate users, review identity and financial requests, maintain records, answer questions, detect misuse, investigate incidents, send operational messages, improve reliability, and meet applicable obligations.
Public inquiry and abuse-report details are used to review and respond to the submitted matter. Do not include passwords, private keys, seed phrases, payment-card details, or unrelated identity documents in those forms.
4. Retention
Records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain financial and security history, and meet documented legal or operational requirements. Retention can differ by record type. Data that is no longer required should be deleted or de-identified through controlled processes.
5. Security
We use access controls, session protections, audit records, restricted document storage, and operational review to protect information. No internet service can eliminate every risk. Please use a strong unique password, enable available security features, and report unexpected account activity promptly.
6. Your choices and questions
Depending on your location, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or another applicable privacy right. Some records may need to be retained for security, financial, dispute, or legal reasons.
